The Ring - Injection Molding

The Ring is a to-go coffee cup holder for bikes. It locks safely to the handlebar and has a good grip to retain the cup while stylishly riding across town. It was designed for manufacturability through injection molding, with multiple parts and an over-molded grip (the ring’s interior). Considerations were taken in material selection, draft angles, wall thicknesses and corner sharpness. External hardware was selected from McMaster Carr accordingly to use.
